Terms of Use

These draft terms describe the intended boundary of the Teruns Beta interface. Legal review is required before a public launch.

Product boundary

Teruns is designed as an interface to public blockchains, third-party wallets and external liquidity protocols. It does not hold user assets or control user wallets.

User responsibility

Users must verify the selected network, contract address, token settings, fees, price impact and wallet request before approving an action. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Token risk

Tokens may be illiquid, volatile, malicious or lose all value. Smart contracts, wallets, networks and data providers can fail or be attacked.

Lawful use

Users may not use the service to violate applicable law, evade restrictions, deceive users, distribute malicious code or interfere with another person’s assets.
